Pauline B. Toffolo of 8 Forrest Ave, Cortland, passed away on September 12, 2012. She was born on October 21, 1930 in Pontiac Michigan, and was a life resident of the Cortland area. Pauline graduated from Cortland High School and received her B.A. in education from SUNY Cortland.
Pauline was a devote Roman Catholic of St. Anthonys Church. She had a great love for family, baking, fashion and travel
Pauline was predeceased by her parents, Antonio and Assunta Pace; her husband, Clemente F. Toffolo; her sisters Bianca Zaccheo, Theresa Foote, Fannie Fragnoli and her brother William Pace.
Surviving are her children, Sylvia (Lawrence) Nye, Linda (Lyle) Schiavone, and Clemente Toffolo; grandchildren, Adriana, Rachel, Lyle, Anna and Luciano; siblings Clara Pace and Dr. Angelo Pace; and many nieces and nephews.
At Paulines request there will be no calling hours. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 15, at 10:00 AM at St. Anthonys Church, Cortland. Interment will follow in St. Marys Cemetery.
