Obituary of Gary B. Manning

Gary B. Manning, 50, of Willet NY, passed away December 31st at his home. Gary grew up in Pharsalia, NY with his family. He graduated from Cincinnatus Central School and was a lifelong area resident. He was an award winning artist in high school and pursued a career in photography with Vantine Studios in Hamilton, NY where he worked for 25 years. Gary is survived by his father and step-mother Robert and Ellen Manning, his step-father James Griffin, his brother Michael Manning, his sisters Heather (Manning) VerSchneider and Sari (Griffin) Card, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Gary is predeceased by his mother Susan Griffin and his brother Eric Manning. Services will be held at a later date to be announced in April. At that time friends may call at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc., located at 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland NY, 13045. The calling hour will be followed by a private funeral service for the family at the Pharsalia Cemetery on Center Road in Pharsalia, NY.
