To Cousin Penny, and family, I am so sorry for your loss, and offer my deepest condolences. Paul was a 1st cousin to my mother, Marion (Brown) Sullivan. On occasion, his family would come and visit her parents, Harry J & Anna (Twitchell) Brown, in Upper Lisle, and we would all come over for a visit, for a big family reunion. Only once or twice did we ever make the long trek from our home in Greene, NY to Moravia. Although they were my mother's 1st cousins, Paul and his brothers, were not alot older than I, so I thought of them as simply my older cousins. Only Eve, the youngest of the 7 children, is younger than me. It was fun to visit and play with my Batsford cousins. As Adults, I am sad to say we didn't have much contact, because we had all moved in different directions. Still, I wish I could be there in person, to offer comfort and share memories.
