Dorothy M. Abbott (Crosby), 90 of Cortland, NY passed away at Cortland Park Nursing Home, on June 1, 2017. She was born January 4th, 1927 in Deposit, NY to Harry & Marjorie (Sherwood) Crosby. Dorothy was a past member of the Eagles American Legion. She enjoyed Bingo… Dorothy is survived by her sons; F. Scott (Pam) Abbott, Howard E. "Bud" Abbott Jr, & William Abbott, daughters; Debra L. Abbott, Shirley (Jerry Rulison), daughter-in-law, Marcia Abbott, 17 Grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by her husband. Howard E. Abbott Sr. sons; Donald & David Abbott, brothers; Charles Crosby, William Crosby, Robert Crosby and Paul Crosby, sisters; Arlene Bush, Donna Maher, Beatrice Coville, Virginia Lansdown and Doris Humphrey. A Graveside service will be held at a later date.
