Obituary of Marsaille E. Sepos

Marsaille "Marcie" E. Sepos, 91, passed away on August 18, 2017. She lived in Seneca Falls NY, and was a longtime resident of Groton NY. She was born January 4, 1926 the daughter of the late Clarence and Katherine Bishop. She was an avid reader and loved to hear stories about her family. She never missed acknowledging a birthday even though she had a very large family. She was a huge fan of Alan Jackson and was thrilled when she won a trip to see him in concert. She retired with 25 years of service with Cornell University in the laundry department. She is survived by her children: Son, Carl (Michele) of Payson Utah, Daughters, Joyce Cleveland of Cortland and Karen (William) Porter of Waterloo NY. She had eight grandchildren, eight step grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, twelve step great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Marcie was predeceased by her husband Carl C. Sepos in 1993 and grandson David Sepos. Calling hours will be held Tuesday 2-3:45 pm with a funeral service to begin 4 pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland NY, 13045. Burial will be Wednesday 1 pm at the Lakeview Cemetery, Ithaca NY.
