Jeff was a friend, mentor, comic, leader, and one of the reasons I so enjoyed my time as a member of the 668th Bomb Squadron at Griffiss. He was the gunner on the first crew I was assisned to, and his support, guidance, and definitely his humor set the tone for my success as a young navigator. While he often played the crusty warrior role, he was great at reading people and situations, and would slip into the role of the mentor big brother as needed. He was in my humble opinion, one of the most honorable men I have ever known. When we reconnected a couple of years ago, it felt as if we had flown together the day before and there can be no greater reward in life than that type of friend. Jeff will remain in my memory and heart always. I share with you the sadness of Jeff's loss and will remember to always celebrate the life lessons and rewards his friendship have given to me. With love, respect, and a heavy heart, Russ Huard, Lt Col, USAF (Retired)
To the family of Jeffrey Noecker; It seems so unfair that death should have the power to take away someone you love. And when it happens the thought of never again being able to talk to, laugh with or hold your loved one can be most difficult to bear. The Bible however holds out a wonderful hope. The scriptures indicate that it is possible to be reunited with Jeffrey in the near future right here on earth under peaceful conditions. At that time humans will have the prospect of enjoying perfect health and they will never have to die again. Jesus said in John 5:21,28,29 "Just as the father raises the dead up and makes them alive, so the Son also makes those alive whom he wants to. Do not marvel at this because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear Jesus voice and come out." Jesus promised that millions now dead will live again on this earth and have the prospect of remaining on it forever under peaceful, paradisaic conditions (John 3:16, 17:3 and Psalm 37:29). Until that day arrives remember God who is the "hearer of prayer" can equip you with the "power beyond what is normal" to go from one day to the next (2 Corinthians 4:7, Psalm 65:2). Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. Mr. & Mrs. James Gattone
Patricia amd Family, my wife and I were shocked when we saw that Jeffery had passed away suddenly. I came to know Jeff when we were being indoctrinated in to the world of Lowes, in Rome, NY. We became friends Immediatly and this continued by e mail after your move to Cortland. I admired the background and knowledge that he possesed and his sense of humor. We would like to express our deepest symathy to you and your
family. Sincerly, Joyce and Randy Charboneau
I wish to extend my sympathy and sincere thoughts about the loss of Jeffery. I grew up with Jeffery since kindergarten in Nazareth. He was a character, to say the least when we were kids, but what fun and laughs he provided through our years in school. You can be very proud of your husband, father, grandfather, friend. He will be missed in your presence and in all our thoughts and memories. Linda Leopold Mack
Trish: Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. You are in our prayers. Ed Panarese
