I am another Vocational Specialist and he would come to me occassionally when Karen was unavailable. I enjoyed working with him. Just last Friday he came into Karen's office while I was there and talked about being a manager for a day for the NY Yankees. We talked about some of the ball players from way back, Reggie Jackson, Don Mattingly etc. I asked Phil who the best all time coach for the Yankees was and we both agreed it was Billy Martin. Phil remembered that he was killed in a car accident near Binghamton. We had a nice visit and I am glad for it. He was a nice, quiet man and will be greatly missed here. Tamara Austin
