There are no words to express the level of loss with "Unc's" passing. He was a king and a priest here on earth to all of us and everyone he met and cared for. He tended the ground and produced fruit beyond compare. He was even more fruitful in his tending of the people (especially his family) around him. His tender mercy, kindness & compassion exemplified The Lord and anyone who knew him received. May we all aspire to pour out and care for others as he did. May we all walk in our giftings as he did. May we all find our identity in Christ as he did. Doing all that Christ has given us to do while here, may we all leave nothing un-done; as he did. We will miss him sorely...but we will be ok because we have yet another in the great cloud of witnesses to be thankful for and look forward to being with again. It is uncanny how sorrow and peace can so intensely thrive together within that we might stay afloat. Christ never fails. Love never fails.

So Sorry about Grandpa passing away. He surely was an inspiration to others. I loved visiting with him and helping him out. He had many stories and life experiences to talk about.
