Janice R. Lancaster, 80, of Cortland , passed away peacefully surrounded by her family March 17, 2019 at University Hospital in Syracuse. Jan was born August 24, 1938 in Pontotoc, Mississippi the daughter of Vallen and Maybell Palmer Lancaster.
Jan is survived by her three sons; Robert Biemer and Erich Biemer both of Cortland and Jay (Shanda) Moore of Willingboro, NJ. Her daughter Kate (Paul) Mendillo of Pinehurst, NC. One brother Larry Lancaster of Springfield, MO. Her grandchildren; Garrett Wyatt, Aniya and Jayson Moore.
