Michael C. Schehr went to live with the Lord on June 16, 2019. Michael was born June 21, 1956 in Levittown NY. Mike was an avid outdoors man. He loved to fish, camp and spend time with his family. Michael is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Mary (McNally) Schehr, his brothers Joseph Schehr Jr and James Schehr, his sister Margaret Alleman, and his son Ryan Michael Schehr. Mike is survived by his daughter Kristen (Jacob) Hurd; his son Cole (Stephanie) Schehr; his sister Kathleen (Jack) Margoles; his grand children Ali, Abby, Ryan Hurd and Arianna Schehr; his brother in law Richard Alleman; his nieces Meegan (Michael) Beckley, and Lindsay (Robert) Margoles Busch; his nephew Ricky (Crystal) Alleman. A celebration of life will be held at the Cass Park pavilion in Ithaca at 3pm on June 30, 2019 for friends and families to come and share memories and celebrate the great life lived by Mike. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Cortland County Hospice and Palliative Care.
