Obituary of Lisa Crane

Please share a memory of Lisa to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Lisa Sheridan Crane, love of my life for 23 years; best mom ever to son Sheridan (20) and daughter Chancey (17); loving daughter of Michael and Karen Sheridan; loyal sister to Ann Sheridan Angle (George), Michael J. Sheridan (Sarah), Katherine Sheridan Finnerty (Timothy), and Jeffrey P. Sheridan (Katie Bartolotta); and a true friend to all those who knew her, has taken her leave of this earth. Though her departure is premature, we all knew she was too special for this place anyway. Lisa was the rock of our family. She put her family first above all else. She found many ways to help all of the above-mentioned (including husband Bill) through our challenging times. Lisa loved the water; small lakes over big lakes and oceans. She was an empath. Lisa enjoyed a little television and social media, but she loved to spend time and have fun with her people: her big family and many friends. She absolutely loved to work out, especially with her friends. Lisa was an incredible teacher and had a unique capability to facilitate learning in everyone. She was truly a great communicator. She was a rare gem and an unusually talented human being. In her memory, we will always ask: "what would Lisa do?" since two of Lisa's most profound skills were her excellent judgment and sound decision making. Lisa's family will be giving and receiving hugs at Wright Beard www.wright-beard.com from 4 pm to 8 pm on Friday, August 9, 2019. We look forward to seeing you there to share stories about our Lisa. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Lisa's name to a local charity of your choice; Lisa was a lover of the arts. To offer online condolences please visit www.wright-beard.com.
