Obituary of Dale Gene Griffin

Dale Gene Griffin, 62, of Cortland passed away September 15, 2019. He was born November 20, 1956 in Ilion, NY. Dale was raised and educated in Cortland. He graduated from Cortland high School in 1975 then enlisted with the U.S Army serving from 1976-1978 and was honorably discharged. Dale had been employed with Highgate Manor Nursing Home, Cortland ARC, and most recently the JM Murray Center. Through his career he worked with special needs clients. In his spare time he liked camping and family BBQ's. He is survived by son John Griffin, his daughter Stephanie Eaton, his mother Lillian Truman, his grandchildren Michael Eaton and Breanna Eaton, his siblings Ann Marie Armstrong, Harold Griffin, Alan Griffin, Debbie Alexander, Jerry Griffin, Jeff Delia, many nieces and nephews.
