Obituary of Wilma M Lundy

Wilma M. Lundy 95 of Cortland passed away on October 19, 2019 at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was born on August 27, 1924 a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Nutter Savery. Wilma was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. A friend to all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 76 years, James Lundy, Sr. in addition to her son, James Lundy, Jr. grandson Bruce, great grandchildren, Basil and Idalia, along with countless nieces and nephews and sister Marie. Wilma was a firm believer in God, she was a member of the Seven Valley Church and past employee of JCPenney's. May she rest in peace and stay forever young. Calling hour will be 3-4 PM Tuesday at Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc. 9 Lincoln Ave. Cortland, NY with a funeral service to begin at 4 PM. Graveside services will be 11:30 AM Wednesday at Butler Savannah Cemetery.
