Obituary of Paul C. Cleveland

Paul C. Cleveland, 52, former Homer resident passed away October 19, 2019 in Fayetteville, NC. He was born May 29, 1967 in Cortland the son of the late Eric and Mary O'Connor Cleveland. Paul was raised and educated in Homer graduating from Homer High School. While living in the Cortland/Homer area he had been employed at ALPLA, Inc. Approximately ten years ago Paul was offered a position within ALPLA at their Georgia plant. He worked there for several years before taking another position with ALPLA at their Fayetteville NC, plant where he was currently residing. In his spare time he enjoyed watching NASCAR. Paul is survived by his sisters Nancy (Sean) Caughey, Mary (Dan) Austin, his step mother Joyce Cleveland, his step siblings Dennis Warner, Daniel Warner, and Kimberly (Kelly) Ryan, many nieces and nephews including Summer (Jared) Barney, Trevor Caughey, Lindsay (AJ Meldrim) VanLiew, Whitney (Zac Schalk) Austin, along with many beloved aunts, uncles, & cousins. Calling hours will be Thursday October 31, 1-2:45 with a memorial service to follow 3 pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland NY, 13045 with Rev. Daniel Wells presiding. Private burial will be at the Glenwood Cemetery, Homer NY. All are welcome to continue to celebrate Paul's Life with his family 4-7 pm Thursday Oct. 31, at the Homer Elk's Lodge.
