Obituary of Paul W. Burdick

Paul "C.J." Burdick III, 35, of McGraw, N.Y., passed away unexpectedly October 26, 2019. Paul was born December 17, 1983, the son of Paul Burdick Jr. and Patricia Churchill. Paul was a big man with a big heart. He loved his family and friends. He was a hard worker and worked in construction for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting, snowmobiling, and listening to music around a fire. He was also a member of the Solon Sportsman Club. Paul Is survived by his girlfriend Michele McUmber, the mother of his children Elizabeth Burdick, his children Crystin, Quintin, Katelyn, and Korbin Burdick, his brothers John and Joshua (Jeana) Burdick, his mother Patricia (Bill) Churchill, his father Paul Burdick Jr., his aunt Paula (Leon) McUmber, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by his beloved dog Budweiser. Calling hours will be held Wednesday October 30, 2019 from 6-8pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland, N.Y. A celebration of life will be held at McGraw Methodist Church on Friday November 1, 2019 at 10am. A celebration will follow at the Solon Sportsman Club on Friday November 1, 2019 from 12-3pm.
