Richard Basil Hoy, born May 16, 1964, passed away on November 4, 2019 due to an illness.
Richard leaves behind his children, Richard W. Hoy, Crystal (Andy) Lynch, Daniel Hoy, nine grandchildren, parents Chiqueta and Ben Thompson, siblings, Luann, Dawn, Ryan and step brother Todd. His close nephew Dana Butts who was like a son, along with several nieces and nephews.
Richard enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and riding his Harley.
Richard was predeceased by his father, Richard W. Hoy, two grandchildren and a daughter.
A celebration of life will be Saturday November 23 at Homer Fire Hall Pavilion from 2 to 7 PM
