Janice was born in Cortland, NY May 28, 1927-the daughter of Kenneth and Minnie Andrick Ayers.

She graduated from Cortland High School and worked for the Telephone Company and Homer Central School Cafeteria for many years.

She is survived by a daughter-in-law Shirley (Michael) Dillon; grandchildren Scott (Erin) Dillon of Hilliard Ohio, Adam Dillon of Buffalo, Andrew Dillon of New Orleans, Kolya Zabler and Cait Zabler of Florida, two great grandchildren Amelia and Eleanor Dillon of Hilliard Ohio, a brother-in-law James Dillon, several nieces-nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents and husband Schuyler "Bill" Dillon, she was predeceased by her children Michael, Steven, and John Dillon and Anne Zabler.

Per her wishes there will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am St. Margaret's Church- Homer, NY on Wednesday. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made for St. Margaret's Church or to the charity of one's choice.
