Obituary of Cecyl Mae Woodworth

Cecyl Mae Woodworth, 82, of Cortland, NY passed away on Monday August 17, 2020. She was born on September 17, 1937 the daughter of the late Oliver Grant and Cecyl Lenhart. Cecyl was very religious and loved church. She enjoyed gardening and collecting antiques. Cecyl was very family oriented and loved children. She is survived by her children Richard Woodworth, Mike (Traci) Woodworth, Brenda (Ronald) Daniels, and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Cecyl was predeceased by her husband Kenneth “Ed” Woodworth in July. Calling hours will be held on Friday August 21, 2020 from 10am-12pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland, NY with a funeral service to follow at 12pm. Burial will follow at the Virgil Cemetery. We will be following NYS guidelines regarding capacity, social distancing, and wearing face coverings.
