Obituary of Robert M. Waddy

Robert M. Waddy, 75, of Cortland passed away Thursday. He was born July 9, 1936 in Susquehanna, PA.
He has been a longtime resident of Cortland. Robert was a proprietor for BoKay cleaning service; he owned and operated Bobs Place, a small engine repair shop. Robert also worked for the Cortland City School District as a bus driver, where he retired.
Robert is survived by his wife of 55 years, Katherine Waddy, daughters Michele English of Webster, Renee Waddy of Cortland, brothers Ronald Waddy of Illinois, James Decker of Minnesota, sisters Marie Almy of Binghamton, Sandra Osborne of Cortland, Sharon Boyce of Colorado, several nieces, nephews and cousins, and dear family friends Bob and Pat Porter.
Calling hours will be held Monday at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland from 4-6pm. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
