Obituary of Dale A Talbot

Dale A. Talbot, of McGraw, passed away on October 12, 2020 at the Syracuse Veterans Hospital. Dale honorably served his country in the United States Army and was a Vietnam War Veteran. He was a great hunter and fisherman and was a lover of the outdoors. Dale will be remembered as a master of books and an author. He is survived by his children, Joseph (Penny Schoneman) Wood, Dwight Talbot, Greg (Alfreda Kwakye) Talbot, Carol (Tim) Wilmarth, and Josh (Maria) Talbot, Debra, and Patty as well as several, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Dale is predeceased by his wife, Helen E. (Heller) Talbot and his sister Violet. A calling hour will be held on Thursday at Wright-Beard Funeral Home from 5 to 6pm, with a funeral service to take place at 6pm. We will be following NYS guidelines regarding capacity and social distancing. Masks or face coverings are required. Burial will be held on Friday at 10am at McGraw Cemetery.
