Obituary of Charlene Renee Niver O'Neill

Charlene Renee Niver O'Neill, 57, passed away December 2, 2020 after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer. She was born October 25, 1963. Charlene was a graduate of McGraw High School. She went on to study at Oswego State and obtained an Associate's Degree. She spent most of her adult life in Arizona raising two boys. She loved being a mother and worked years in customer service. She enjoyed helping others and was best known for her incredible free spirit. She is survived by her sons James Charles O'Neill (Austyn), Richard Donaled O'Neill, her grandchildren Adee Lynn O'Neill and Drew Porter, her mother Terry Cook Pasinski of AZ., her father Charles Niver Sr. of McGraw NY, her former husband and best friend Richard "Richie" O'Neill, her lifelong friends whom she remained close to Desiree Sovocool Wakeham, Nicki Albro Sprouse, Deede Zogg VanPatten. She was predeceased by her infant brother Charles Niver Jr. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 110 W. Muhammad Ali Way, 2nd Floor, Phoenix AZ 85013.
