Larry Jack Allen, 73, of Cincinnatus, NY passed away on Tuesday February 2, 2021. He was born on July 30, 1947, the son of the late Clyde and Mildred Mead Allen.
He is survived by his brother Michael Allen.
Larry is predeceased by his step brother Stanley Root, his sister Shirley Doty, and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no services.
