Obituary of Arnold Schink

Arnold Schink, 87, of Cortland, NY passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021. He was born on February 8, 1934, the son of the late Frank Schink and Celia Bean Schink. Arnold was a classical pianist and piano tuner. He loved walking, canoeing, and communing with nature. He was also creatively involved in physics, and enjoyed working with machines such as perpetual motion machines, power generators, pulleys, and the wheel. Arnold is survived by his children, Roxanne Noble, Shannon (Noble) Myers, Karen Schink, and David Beach, as well as several grandchildren: Heaven Martinez, Edgard Martinez, Daniel Schenck, Julian Coville, Alice Witzgall, Nikolas Astle, Nicole Myers, Matthew Hornyak, and one great-granddaughter, Emilie Martinez. Arnold is predeceased by Mary Williams, his life partner. Services to be announced at a later date.
