Im so sad to hear that Russell passed away. We used to all camp at Forest Lake Campground in the 70's. It was a big part of my childhood and I always looked forward to seeing Russell and Bruce. We had some great times and he will be missed.

Sue, thinking of you and all that you and Russ endured to get through the last four years. He was an inspiration to all who knew him with his positive outlook. I can understand the comment his NP made when she said, "He was special." I was impressed at how well he understood his situation and the questions he asked of his doctors and caretakers.
Sending love and hugs to you, the kids and grandkids. He will be missed.
Love to all, Mom

I was so sad to read of Russ passing. Wanda thought the world of Russ and the whole family. My heart and thoughts go out to the family.

I'm sending my love and condolences to you, Sue, Aaron, Mindy, Brittany, Paul and the whole family. Russ was like a brother to me. Always in an upbeat mood and would give his shirt off his back to anyone in need.

We remember Russell with great fondness as part of the gang of teenagers on Champlin Rd. that babysat our kids, ate pizza with us, helped with our menagerie of animals and brought joy into our lives as our little ones were growing up.
We were very sad to hear of his passing. "His faith was important to him" tells us where he is right now, and for that we are thankful.
Fondly,
Cyndy and Tom Syvertsen cyndysy@hotmail.com
