Obituary of Heather Fairchild

Heather J. Fairchild passed away suddenly Sunday night April 11, 2021 at her home in Cortland. Heather was bron on May 25, 1959 to Vera and John Hasenjager of Cortland. She graduated from Homer High School in 1977. She worked at Mr. Owl Donut Shop before working at the J.M. Murray Center. She was part of their respite team. Heather worked there for 19 years before she retired. One of her greatest joys was taking her clients on many of their weekend trips. Heather was preceded in death by her mother Vera M. Hasenjager of East Homer, NY and her father John L Hasenjager of Cincinnatus. She is survived by her husband Jeffrey B. Fairchild, her daughter Miranda M. Fairchild and beloved granddaughter Camilla all of Cortland. Heather is also survived by Kim Hasenjager and her sons Jeffrey and Scott Dexter of Groton, Heidi Hasenjager and her children Dakota, Cheyenne and Logan Malison, sister in law Cindy and Rick Moreland of Homer, Dixie (Tom Jamieson) Fairchild of Honey-eye falls and her Brother in law Steve Fairchild and his two sons Mark and Gabriel from Florida.
