Obituary of Helen Warfle

Helen Warfle, 86, of Cortland, NY passed away on Monday May 31, 2021. She was born on November 19, 1934, the daughter of the late John and Eleanor Hawley Casterline. Helen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. She was dedicated housewife and spent most of her life caring for her children. She is survived by her husband Leonard Warfle, her children Lorraine Braman, Ronald (Jeanette) Warfle, Rose (Douglas) Fralick, and Pamela (Scott) Smith, her siblings Mary Brown, Raymond Casterline, Edward (Patricia) Casterline, Lillian (Robert) Lindley, and Joyce (John) Marvin, several nieces and nephews, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Helen is predeceased by her children Nancy and Donald Warfle, her brother James Casterline and her sister-in-law Arlie Casterline, her brother Charles Casterline, and her sister-in-law Connie Casterline, and her brother-in-law Wallace Brown. A memorial service will be held on Friday June 11, 2021 at 6pm at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland, NY. Bob Lindley will be officiating.
