Obituary of Charles A. Rowe

Charles A. "Charlie" Rowe, 58 of Cortland passed away on November 2, 2021. Charlie was born May 31, 1963 in Ithaca, NY the son of Ron C. and Donna Stevely Rowe. Charlie was a lifelong resident of Cortland, he had worked for many years as a contractor in the area. Charlie had a deep love and appreciation for his family, friends , music and his pets, and will be sadly missed by all of them. Charlie is survived by his Children; Jason (Holly) Stillman, Matthew (Charity) Cole and Tanya (Brendan) Delaney. His grandchildren; Audrey, Delilah, Christian, Ava, Camdyn, and Bryna. His mother Donna Sauer, brothers; Colin (James Gilmartin) Rowe, and Christopher (Wanda) Rowe, his sister Carlene (John) Potter Jr. several nieces and nephews and his beloved pets. Charlie was predeceased by his longtime companion Donna Cole, his Father Ron C. Rowe and his step father Don Sauer. A celebration of Charlie's life will be held on Sunday from 2:00-5:00 pm at the Homer Elks Lodge and all that knew Charlie are welcome.
