I just heard the news today. I am so saddened to hear of Marlins Passing, he was one of a kind to say the least. I will remember his shares at the 430 AA meeting, forever. His voice, and laugh were ones that could be heard rooms away always so full of gratitude and joy. He helped me immensely in my early sobriety, always willing to share words of encouragement and share a joke that was totally inappropriate but always perfectly fitting. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family whom he always spoke of with such pride especially his daughters. I pray you lived your eulogy Marlin. Thanks for the love you were always happy to share. God bless.

I first met Marlin in the machine trades class at BOCES. Have chatted many times over the years and it was always a pleasure. I knew him as a kind and humble man. My sympathies to the family. Rest In Peace Brother. Randy McCarty

Fun loving, a positive in this negative world, Marlin Willis was a happy man and full of love. We fondly remember him bringing his Mother down the street in the Union Fair Parade. He made up a song and a poem for her and sang it to us all.
God Bless his family, good folks and let us all take a bit from his play book. We shall miss him on this earth, his memory remains. Connie White
