Lawrence "Larry" M. Krause, 77 of Cortland passed away on March 14, 2022 with his loving family by his side. He was born on May 28, 1944 in Buffalo a son of the late Lawrence and Helen Kolek Krause, Sr.
Larry proudly served in the United States Marine during the Vietnam Era, his bravery and sacrifice will always be remembered. Larry retired from Transonic Systems in Ithaca. Larry loved spending time with his family.
Larry is survived by his beloved wife Cheryl Krause (Bierley), devoted step father of Jeffrey (Kelly), Timothy (Rhonda), Robin (Trevor), sisters, Sharon (Norm), Denise (Michael), 3 nieces, 2 nephews, 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be 2-4 PM Saturday at Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave. Cortland. Graveside services with military honors will at a later date in the spring.
