Laurence Horner, 80, of Marathon, NY passed away on Tuesday April 5, 2022. He was born on July 29, 1941 in Cortland, NY.
Laurence was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. Laurence worked at Smith Corona and the JM Murray Center. He enjoyed the outdoors and especially loved horses, hunting and golfing.
Laurence is survived by his sister Marie Ryan, and his many nieces and nephews
.
He is predeceased by his parents Arthur and Sarah Boyden Horner, his sister Elizabeth Horner, and his brothers Robert, Gerald, Fred, Charles, Glenn, and Steve Horner.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday April 13, 2022 from 11-1 at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland, NY. A graveside service will follow at the Glenwood Cemetery, Homer, NY.
