Aaron J. C. Schuhle, 49, of Altamont, NY passed away suddenly from a heart attack on May 13, 2022 at his home. There will be services held in Altamont on Thursday, May 19 from 4-6 at Fredendall Funeral Home and in Cortland, NY on Friday, May 20 from 4-6 at Wright-Beard Funeral Home, with a memorial service to begin at 6pm at Wright-Beard. Aaron was born in Cortland, NY on February 27, 1973. Graduated from McGraw High School in 1991, served in the US Marine Corps until 1995 and went on to attend Embry Riddle in Florida. He owned and operated his own business ABH Construction services for the past twelve years. Aaron was an avid outdoorsman, marksman, hunter, carpenter and motocross rider. He loved his friends, his family, and his dogs Gunner and Millie. He is predeceased by his brother Jason Schuhle. Surviving members of his family are his loving wife Betsey (Morgan), his amazing daughter Hayden of Altamont, NY, his sister Jennifer Baker (Andy) of Hollywood MD, and his parents Mardis Kelsen and John Schuhle of McGraw, NY. He will be missed by many, he was loved not only because he was a good person but also because of his dashing good looks. He may be gone, but not forgotten in the hearts of the people he touched and brought the happiest of memories too. Rest in peace. Memorials can be directed to the CURE Foundation - NYPUM program where Aaron donated his time and talent. NYPUM (National Youth Project Using Minibikes) offers the youth in Albany County an opportunity to develop self-esteem, values for daily living, and a sense of belonging using the minibike as a motivational tool.
