I am so very sorry for the loss of Barbara. Barb and Ed were such an important part of my young adult life. When I as a single parent in need of a place to raise my son Nicholas, Barb and Ed were there. They not only provided a warm and cozy apartment but welcomed us into their family. Barb often made wonderful diners and invited Nicholas and I over. Ed of course introduced me to Manhattans which has since become my favorite drink. Barb, please know that you will always share a special place in our hearts. Thank you for all the great memories and for being the best landlord ever. Please give Ed a hug and thank you? to the both of you?. for helping to make me the man I am today. Tonight as I gather with friends and family I will be sure to make a toast to the both of you. Never could there be enough words to say how much I valued your friendship! God be with the both of you and Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Michael and Nicholas Bidwell.
Dear Kathy, Joe and Alan, We ar
we saddened by the passing of Barb. She and your Dad were such good friends and supporters over the years. I remember way back to the days of the fish fry on Owego Street and then their many years living on Union St. I hope you cn take some comfort in the fact that we have very fond and good memories of both Barb and Ed. We're sorry that we could not make it to the visitation hour today. Sincerely, Delia and Don Ferris
I will miss you. You were like a second mother to me. Please tell Karen and Ed I love them and we will all be together someday. You made the best lasagna for us every Christmas Eve. Your son in law Wayne
