Dale A. Weaver passed away July 20, 2022 surrounded by his family. Dale was born on July 22, 1944 in Cortland NY to Cecil and Bertha (Hier) Weaver. Dale was one of 13 children.
Dale is survived by his daughters Brenda (David) West, Penny (Robert Withers) Cribbs, son in-law Franklin West Sr., sister Dalyce (T.J.) Hewes, brother Kevin Weaver seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Dale is predeceased by his daughter Cheryl West, son Eric Rice, brothers Harold Weaver, Donald Weaver, Robert (Bobby) Weaver, Cecil Jr. (Billy) Weaver, Joseph (Joe) Weaver, Dana (Danny) Weaver, Melvin (John) Weaver, sisters Eva Jackson, Emma Jean Kruger, Ruthann Beckwith, and fur baby Peanut.
Dale was a Mechanic at Wilcox Tire for many years and a lifelong resident of the Cortland area. He had a love for family, friends, the outdoors, his many tractors, coffee and his loving and loyal cat Buddy.
A graveside service will be held at The Blodgett Mills Cemetery Monday at 11:30am.
