Antoinette (Toni) D. Hall, of 4 Sunnyfield Drive, Cortland, N.Y. went home to the Lord on August 13, 2022. Antoinette was born in Cortland, NY and was the daughter of the late Paul and Harriette Domineske. She was the beloved wife of Samuel T. Hall for 54 years, and the devoted mother of Michael Hall of Syracuse, NY, Julianne (Raymond) Shanley of Vienna, VA., Jason (Sara Oaks) Hall of Tully, NY, and Aaron Hall of San Francisco, C.A. and daughter-in-law Denise Hall of Cortland, NY, plus 7 grandchildren- Adrian, Bethany, Maggie, Sophie, Annika, Gavin, and Elizabeth. She is survived by 4 sisters Valerie Domineske (Greg St. John) of Chassors, France, Justine (Larry) Knickerbocker of Cortland, NY, Constance Domineske of Pepperell, MA, Francesca Mahar of Cortland, NY a brother Andrew Domineske of Cortland, NY, plus her loving Aunt Justine Domineske of Cortland, and several nieces, & nephews.
She was predeceased by brother-in-law Jerry Mahar.
Mrs. Hall was a lifelong member and communicant of St. Mary's Church and an alumnus of St. Mary's School. She worked at Deer Valley/Cortland Health Foods for 30 years. She was the proprietor of "The Puppetworks" until her retirement, but continued to make puppets until the end, giving them to friends, relatives, and numerous missions around the world. After her retirement Toni enjoyed praying, reading, walking, sewing, music, making hand puppets, and donating her time to many Catholic or Native American missions, most notably the Cross Catholic Outreach.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 4 to 6 PM at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10:30 AM at St. Mary's Church. Burial will immediately follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
