He was predeceased by his mother, Florence Richer, and son, Lancelot Garrow.
He is survived by his wife, Gretchen Garrow, daughters, Deborah (Linda) Miller, Lorelei Pittsley, Frances (Jerome) Shellings, and son, Jonathan Garrow. And many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
