Barbara Jones, 80 of McGraw, NY, went to be with the Angels on Nov 6, 2022.
Barbara was born on June 22, 1942 in Owego, the daughter of the late Fredrick Doane and Phyllis Rauch. Barbara worked at Walmart in Cortland and Ithaca for over 20 years where she loved all her customers until she retired.
Barbara enjoyed watching WWE wrestling, Syracuse Football and Basketball, The Buffalo Bills, reading and spending time with her family at Disney. She especially enjoyed Nascar racing and her camping trips to Watkins Glen every year with Jeff, Ashley, Scott and her extended Watkins Glen Family.
Barbara is survived by her children Vickie Stebbins, Kristi (Bruce) Boda, Jeffrey (Tedi) Little, LuAnn (Scott) Custer, Steve (Kathy) Little, Mike Doane, Bobby (Tammy) Jones and Melody (Roger) Orlandini; a brother Chuck (Mari) Rauch; grandchildren Steven, Timmy, Ashley, Casey (Bobby), Isaac, Thomas (Jenna), Megan, Alyssa, Celcee, Larissa, McKenzie, Lindsay, Kerri (Harry), Justin, Angelica, Cade (Bruna), Ryan, Roger, and Kierstyn; great-grandsons Ryder, Xavier and Ethan; and several nieces and nephews. Barbara’s greatest joy was her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by two sisters and her granddaughter Jennifer Lynn.
There will be a celebration of life at the McGraw Recreation Center in McGraw on Wednesday November 9, 2022 from 1 to 4pm.
