Willard David Decker went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 26, 2022. A loving Husband, Father Grandfather, GreatGrandfather, Brother, and Uncle. Willard is predeceased by his wife, Henrietta, Father, Howard, Mother, Della, and sister Marion Call. He is survived by Sister Betty Mills, Son David (Lori Arace) and Ronald (Dinah Luoma). Grandchildren Amanda, Alexander, Emily, Elizabeth (Joshua Kern), Jonathan, David Jr., two Great Grandchildren, in addition to several Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.
Viewing will be held at Wright-Beard Funeral Home 9 Lincoln Avenue, Cortland, New York, from 11:00 – 12:45 on Friday with a Service immediately following at 1pm.
