Obituary of Ira R. Adams

Ira R. Adams, 52 of Cortland passed away on July 6, 2023 at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center. He was born in Cortland on November 23, 1970 to Kenneth and Linda Morse Adams. Ira worked at the JM Murray Center and Cincinnatus Bus garage. His hobbies were spending time with family and friends. They also included, watching NASCAR and his favorite racer was Jeff Gordon, going to Monster Truck Jams with his sister. He also enjoyed attending Syracuse SkyChiefs Baseball games and watching the Buffalo Bills! Ira is survived by his mom, Linda (Earl Palmer) Adams, his sister, Julina Adams as well as several aunts,uncles, and cousins. Ira is predeceased by his dad, Kenneth Adams Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Taylor Rural Cemetery, Taylor, NY.
