Janine was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to many. Those who had the honor of knowing Janine, know what a fun loving, outgoing person she was. She was a friend to all and so sincere. Janine was devoted to her family, her children, and her grandchildren, whom she adored. She loved riding her Harley, cheering for the Mets and the Jets, and exploring the great outdoors. Whether she was gambling her time away with pull tabs at the DAV or singing along to her favorite songs, Janine's spirit just shined. Janine is survived by her loving husband, Richard Woodrome, who has held her heart for the last 20 years, and together they built a home and family. She is also survived by her devoted daughter, Samantha D'Albano (Cody Clayton) and her children, Kodie, Jordan, and Jayce. She is survived, as well, by her son, Daniel D'Albano (Liz) and their children Zane and Danielle. Janine adored her stepchildren, Brandon and Victoria Woodrome, and grandson, Rowan. Janine is also survived by her mother, Joy Tappen, her Aunt June, and her sister, Diane (Ed) Stammel. She was a fun and loving aunt to Edward, Andrew, David, Kristin, and their families. She loved visiting her in-laws, Anne and Don Woodrome and her many dear cousins and in-laws, whom she talked about and was always excited to see. Her beloved dog, Barney, and her best friend, Jennifer, were also a significant part of her life. Janine attended Good Shepherd Lutheran School on Long Island and later graduated from L.I.
