Obituary of Scottie J. Stockigt

Scottie J. Stockigt, 45, of Groton, passed away on September 8, 2023 in Syracuse, NY. He was born on December 3, 1978 in Cortland, NY. Scottie worked for various agencies and businesses in the local community. He worked at Groton High School, McDonalds, Home Depot, and most recently assisting his mother in Home Health Care. Scottie liked to ride horses and was a collector of He-Man Memorabilia and Dinosaurs. He loved music of all kinds and was a fan of action movies, especially ones with Chuck Norris. He is survived by his mother, Linda Stockigt; his father Jonathon Stockigt Sr.; his brothers Brian Stockigt and Jonathon Stockigt Jr; as well as many friends. Scottie was a very loveable person who loved his mother very much. Those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider a donation to the American Cancer Society, for lymphoma research.
