Penny L. Cribbs passed away on September 19, 2023 surrounded by her family. Penny was born March 2, 1959 to Carl Rice and Barb Weaver in Cortland NY. Penny is survived by her longtime love Robert Withers, daughters DaleAnn (Dickie) Reome & Missie (Nate) Horton, stepson Eric (Shannon) Harris, sister Brenda (David) West, brother in law Frank West, half brother William (Tina) Rice, sister in law Pat Rice, grandchildren Alyssa, Dickie & Eric Jr., great grandchildren Kai & Sylas, fur-babies Buddy and Mouse. Penny was preceded in death by her loving parents Dale and Barb Weaver, sister Sherry West, half brother John Rice, half brother Eric Rice and her beloved furbaby Midget. Penny had a love for family, friends, dancing to live music and tigers. A highlight of her life was attending her favorite country singer Travis Tritt’s concert. Penny was known for being one of the kindest people you met, always had a smile on her face and was willing to help anyone in any way that she could. Services will be announced by the family at a later date.
