Obituary of Patricia P. Ryan

Patricia Ryan, 81, of Cortland, NY passed away on Wednesday January 3, 2024. She was born on July 13, 1942, the daughter of the late Joseph and Jane Omilanowicz. Patricia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She worked in food service and housekeeping for part of her life. She was also a member of the Friendship Association in Cortland. Patricia is survived by her son Timothy Ryan, her daughter-in-law Amy Ryan, her grandchildren Nicholas and Joshua Ryan, and her best friends Karen Pitoniak and Valerie Meeker. In addition to her parents, Patricia is predeceased by her brother Robert Omilanowicz. A calling hour will be held on Wednesday January 10, 2024 from 10-11am at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland, NY. A memorial service will follow at 11. A burial of ashes will follow in the St. Mary's Cemetery.
