Obituary of Richard Meddaugh
Please share a memory of Richard to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Richard David Meddaugh joined his wife Grace on January 8th 2024.
Richard "Dick" Meddaugh touched many lives throughout his life. Son, Brother, Friend, Father, Husband, Athlete, Musician, Worker! He and Grace were married September 28th, 1968, bringing together their energy and sense of family and community service. Forward instilling those principles as well as work ethic in any whom knew them. Grace, through several careers from food service to retail, always remembering the people who touched her life, not realizing how she affected theirs in return.
Dick was never one to back down to life's challenges, even at an early age dealing with asthma and skin issues, he rose himself to be a leader in making friends and breaking records throughout his life. He shared with us his drive and ability all the while cracking a joke to make someone laugh. Whether attempting to help someone with learning how to drive or building and mentoring someone in the construction business as well as music, he would step up. Especially strong in taking pride in his family no matter if local or distant.
He is survived by , his Brother Brian Meddaugh (Rosa), Sister Pami Gregorio (Tony), his children, Debi Robinson, Robert Waffner, Victoria "Meddaugh" Stuttle (Robert), Christopher Meddaugh (Deb), and Richard A. Meddaugh (Mary). He had 9 Grandchildren as well as 19 Great Grandchildren along with 1 Great Great grandchild and so many Nieces and nephews and cousins that he thought the world of that we could do a special edition for.
