Charles C. Schoonover, 65, of Cortland, NY passed away on Saturday June 29, 2024. He was born on May 19, 1959, the son of the late Chares E. and Pearl Drake Schoonover.
Charles was a loving husband, brother, and friend. He was very friendly and loved people. He enjoyed attending family gatherings, crosswords, scratch offs, coloring, and visiting with friends. Charles was all around a great person.
Charles is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Debra Schoonover, his 2 sons, his siblings John (Grace) Drake, Linda (Edward) Kent, Lydia Hubble, and Theresa (Jim) Connelly, and his grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Asher Schoonover.
A time of sharing will be held on Friday July 5, 2024 at 11am, at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland, NY.
