Obituary of Fred Kahn

Fred Kahn, 69, of Fayetteville NY, passed away August 2, 2024. He was a graduate of Syracuse University and had a 47 year career as a stock broker for several brokerage firms. Fred was a huge Buffalo Bills fan and enjoyed playing golf. But most of all Fred enjoyed family and was blessed 2 years ago with a precious granddaughter Samantha. Fred is survived by wife Michele, his daughter Megan, his son Eric, his daughter in law Megan and granddaughter Samantha, his sister Allene, several nieces and nephews. Fred was predeceased by his parents Melvin and Joyce Kahn. A celebration of Fred's life will be held at 11 am Sunday August 18, 2024, where friends and family may share a remembrance, at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland NY, 13045. A burial will follow at the Virgil Cemetery. Contributions may be made to their local SPCA in lieu of flowers.
