J’ai jamais eu le plaisir de te rencontrer dans cette vie mais j’ai pu jouer, pointer et tirer sur y’a piste de pétanque et de rencontrer tout les gens que t’as montré à jouer et aimer la pétanque. Toujours inclusif et pliant les règles de FPUSA comme nécessaire pour l’amour du jeu. Jamais en vie mais en esprit, oui!

Francois was the ringleader of our Harper College Cardiac Rehab volleyball workout program. Great guy. Energy and enthusiasm. 3 nights a week….volleyball for 45 minutes. He also hosted a French Soirée every December at D &J Bistro, which has become a favorite restaurant of ours since 1998. With his sidekick Jack McManus, our cardiac rehab group also enjoyed 2 or 3 pizza parties at a local restaurant for many years. Great socializing of a bunch of old guys. Sad to hear that he and his wife have passed on now. Very glad I met Francois.

Francois and I met when he first came to Heinemann's Bakeries in 1992. As Plant Manager we attended many meetings together and I will always remember his great smile and positive attitude. Rest in piece my friend and God bless you, Francois.
