Obituary of Susanne A Harris

Susanne Alexandra Harris, 78, of Cortland, died peacefully at Crouse Irving Hospital on August 21, 2024. She was predeceased by her parents, Telka Urchenko Harris and Arnold Aaron Harris, and her brother, Michael. Susanne was a graduate of Cortland High School Class of 1964. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University. Susanne spent her adult life in retail and merchandising with several businesses, large and small. She is survived by the love of her life Robert Marciano and several cousins and friends. She loved her family, her faith and her friends. She especially enjoyed spending time with friends and entertaining them in her lovely home of which she was so proud. In lieu of flowers, do something special for a friend in honor of Susanne. Go out to lunch or invite them to your home. Those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider a donation to the Cancer Resource Center of the Finger Lakes, in loving memorial of Susanne A. Harris Funeral Services will be at Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc. on Monday August 26, 2024 at 10:30am. Burial will follow at Temple Brith Sholom Cemetery.
