Our mom, grandmother and beloved wife to Ted will be greatly missed. She was an angel to us all and spread her love to all of her family and friends everyday. She was often found in her kitchen cooking or baking for family, friends, and St. Margaret’s church. She spread her love through cooking and giving to others. She and dad had a very strong faith and were very active in church and in the community. They instilled their strong faith and generosity on to us. She loved her grandchildren as if they were her own and was a big part of their childhood and watched them grow into young adults. ❤️ We are so grateful they have so many memories with her. A day will not go by that we will not miss her, think of her, cry to her and pray to her but we know she will guide us everyday. We love you Judy, Mom, Grandma, Grammy, and Aunt Judy. You were so special to everyone.

I grew up going to Judy and Ted's shop. I love them both. (I'm Eilene West's Daughter). My Mom went to the shop to have her hair done EVERY Friday the many many years Judy and Ted owned the shop. I remember as a kid sitting there with my coloring books waiting for my Mom. As I got older Judy did my hair too. On special occasions I would get make-up and hair done. I remember all the laughter with Judy and Ted and the joking around with my Mom. Judy was always so nice and wonderful and I loved her voice and smile. Both Judy and Ted have always been wonderful to my family. After they sold the shop they continued to be wonderful to my family outside the shop. My sincere condolences to her children and family. It is such a huge loss for them and a loss for us too. She will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Testa was one of the most unselfish & lovely persons that anyone who knew her could possibly be! (She & Ted were my “Mom & Dad II” as she Always said!) They always kindly took me on their Sanibel Island vacations several years in a row- as we were growing up-Blessed to be MaryLynn ‘s best friend (then And now!) So my asthma was really bad back then, & the beach condo was damp triggering my allergies, but she would unselfishly drive me around ALL night in their air-conditioned car, just so I could breathe better, and get some sleep, not worried about her Own rest!? I can’t explain how special she Always made me feel! Mrs Testa will be dearly Loved & forever missed…. ~Char Demeree Ames

What a lovely woman - Judy Testa. She was like a light that brightened the whole room.
I enjoyed working with her on a church committee, watching all the beautiful meals she cooked for St Margaret’s events, and just seeing her in church. Her dedication to Ted knew no bounds - as did his for her. Together they were important contributors to church, community, party and country.
Farewell Judy! And thank you.

Aunt Judy was my Moms youngest sibling. She was always a blessing to my Mom (Anita Gambino Miuccio). As a child I remember being able to sleep overnight at Grandmas in Aunt Judy old room. The lilac or purple room! I loved it.
Unfortunately I am unable to attend the services. My sister-in-law just passed away the day after Aunt Judy and we are heading to Iowa tomorrow for her funeral next week.
All my love to all of you.

Judy was a member of our extended family for many years. When my brother, Nick began dating Mary Lynn in high school, Judy entered into a long loving relationship with Nick's family. My parents, Dante and Filomens Fabrizio built their last home right up the road from Teddy and Judy. Whenever my husband Scott and I would visit my parents, Teddy and Judy always came up to see us, and Judy always brought a special dish that she made for us. Later, when our children were born, Teddy and Judy always came up with gifts for them. And then, when Scott and I brought our grandchildren to Cortland, Teddy and Judy came bearing gifts for them. Judy was trusted to cut our boys' hair, always making them look "fly" and she would even present them with a special treat when we should have been treating her. She always said "spending time and loving on them" was how we paid her, even though she for helping us. Our visits to Cortland will never be the same because we will never be able to spend time with and enjoy Judy's company. Judy - you will be missed!
Love you,
Sheila MacIntire
