Leland “Sonny” Hickok, 81, formerly of Cortland, passed away on Wednesday October 16, 2024. He was born on April 1, 1943 the son of the late Clifford and Blanche Hickok.
Sonny was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1962-1965. In his free time, Sonny enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will be greatly missed.
Sonny is survived by his son Danny (Christine) Hickok, his grandchildren Amber (Matthew), Brittany (Mason), Tara (Woody), Kloey, and his great grandchildren Emmah, Thaeden, Myles, Brielle, and Mattox.
In addition to his parents, Sonny is predeceased by his daughter Tina Tarman, and his siblings Clifford Hickok Jr., and Lois Hart.
