Roscoe Carl Hall, 49, of Cold Brook Rd., Homer, passed away July 29, 2011. He was born April 15, 1962 in Syracuse NY. Roscoe lived most of his life in the Cortland and Homer areas. He lived in Florida during the mid 1990s and was employed by Door Works. Upon returning to the area he worked at Marietta Corp. In his spare time he enjoyed carpentry, camping, fishing, and auto repairs. He is survived by his children Chad, Austin, and Alexis Hall, his siblings William (Jennifer) Hall, Gaylene (Ronald) Johnson, Peggy (Daniel) Griffin, Ann (Earl) Merritt, Candy (Travis Gerrard) Hall, and numerous nieces and nephews. Roscoe was predeceased by his parents Arnold and Blanch Hall. A calling hour will be held Tuesday 10-11 am with a service to begin 11 am at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland NY, 13045.
